11 Year Old Vantayshia
She loves to laugh and smile. Vantayshia will bring all the fun and humor she sees in the world to a special family ready to nurture this outgoing and creative ten year old.
Vantayshia is all tomboy! Her favorite mode of dress is sweats or jeans, t-shirt and tennis shoes. She is agile and athletic and her favorite sports are basketball and swimming. Quiet time is important to Vantayshia, especially if she is dealing with frustration or difficulty. She is surprisingly creative and artistic; she once made a talking robot using parts from a dilapidated CD player. She also likes to play board games and has a special propensity for animals: cats, dogs, horses, and reptiles (especially snakes). A long term goal is to be a veterinarian. Her favorite color is blue and “Happy Feet” is her favorite movie. She is very proud a picture of a praying angel will be featured in her group home Christmas cards.
Vantayshia seeks a family that will help her develop into her teens. She responds well to hugs and patience. She would do best in a home with older kids, or as an only child.
