Do you require help with a special needs child in your family?
AASK's Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) program provides families with a valuable support system and services for individuals with special needs. Our services include Attendant Care, Habilitation, Personal Care, as well as Respite Services.
As a nonprofit agency, we offer a unique approach to supporting families:
- Exclusive focus on services for children.
- We refer qualified Direct Service Staff (Provider) to interview with you in your home.
- You have the final decision when selecting a Provider, not an agency staff.
- Providers are carefully screened through our unique intake process.
- Initial training for providers is supplied free of charge.
- Agency Staff are experienced in multiple systems such as DDD, Behavioral Health, and the foster care/adoption systems.
- AASK's Family Coordinator makes home visits and assists in goal setting.
- Valley wide coverage.
- Agency staff available 24/7.
