Adoption can be a great choice if you are ready to give an Arizona foster child a permanent, loving home. Many of the 14,000 children in foster care are available for adoption and ready to find a stable family environment in which they can express and receive love. Adoptive families can make these children feel safe and provide them with care and support to reach their goals and become successful.
AASK's adoption program guides families on the path from foster care to adoption. Our trained, knowledgeable staff provides adoptive families with on-going support from the time of inquiry until the child is settled in your home, so you’re never left to navigate questions and challenges alone.
AASK also offers birth-parent counseling for those who need help making decisions when faced with a pregnancy that they feel unprepared for emotionally, physically or financially.
To learn more about the kids available for adoption, visit our “Meet the Kids” Gallery to see their photos, bios and videos.
AASK is proud to partner with KPNX Channel 12 to bring this award-winning national program to the Valley. This program features foster children and youth who need adoptive homes. In Phoenix and the surrounding areas, Wednesday's Child airs every Wednesday during 12 News' EVB Live program, airing between 4 p.m.- 5:30 p.m.
